• These boards are not intended for use on gas ranges, as the constant heat and gas from the pilot light can result in a fire.
• To clean your noodle board, use a damp cloth; do not use abrasives.
• Do NOT use as a cutting board; it is not food grade safe!
• Be sure that the stove top is cold to the touch BEFORE putting the noodle board on top of the stove.
